Dr. Alexander James Minney has over 10 years experience in Traditional Family Practice along with 3 years of Occupational Health training.  

“I knew from an early age I wanted to help people.  Medicine has always brought out the best in me.  It allows me to utilize all my skills to help diagnose, treat and care for others.  I truly love seeing others heal and live healthy lives.  All my years of experience has brought me to this very point in my medical career where I can offer the best of me, to you.”

Minney Health is redefining what quality medicine is. It’s taking out the long waits, pressured visit times, hurried diagnosis, lack of communication, filing of insurance, denial of claims, and a prolonged referral process that ultimately leads to poor outcomes and bad medicine.  With Minney Health the patient’s needs are back where they should be as the top priority.

Lauren Niemeyer Family

Lauren Niemeyer is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a passion for relationship-based care. She earned her BSN from the University of Mississippi and her Advanced Practice degree from the University of South Alabama in 2011.

Lauren has extensive experience in urgent care, cardiology, and aesthetics. Over the years, she has seen how rushed, high-volume medicine can leave patients feeling like just a number. She chose direct primary care so she can do the opposite: spend truly focused time with each patient, offer her full, undivided attention, and concentrate on prevention and long-term wellness.

 

 

Lauren is proud to care for the Fairhope community she calls home. She is married to Preston, and they have three young boys. As a family, they love sports, being outdoors, and spending time on the water together.
